Tap for Growth provides a review activation system consisting of:

  • •Physical Products: NFC-enabled stands, cards, and stickers pre-programmed with your Google Review URL
  • •Software Services: Reputation Portal access for analytics, poster generation, and account management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • •Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Purchases and Payments

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Prices are final at the time of purchase.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping times and costs vary by location and are displayed at checkout.

5. Refunds and Returns

Hardware Products: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your NFC products, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Defective Products: Products that fail within the first year due to manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost (1-year warranty).

Software Services: Reputation Portal access is provided with hardware purchase and does not require separate payment. No refunds are provided for digital services alone.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • •Generate fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

We are not affiliated with Google, and your use of Google services (including Google Reviews) is subject to Google's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC INCREASE IN REVIEWS OR BUSINESS RESULTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAP FOR GROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap for Growth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
